InfoSparks is a local housing market statistics tool available to all Sunflower Association of REALTORS® members. It lets you compare areas and explore trends such as home prices, inventory, and days on market using MLS data. Join this training to learn how to: ✓ Compare market conditions in areas your buyers are considering. ✓ Focus on a relevant price range or property type. ✓ Show sellers how prices and selling timelines have changed. ✓ Create and share charts that help explain your findings. We’ll demonstrate each step using realistic buyer and seller situations. Beginners are welcome! Can’t attend?
